This complex is located just outside of Rocky Mount, NC (quickly growing area less than 1 hour from Raleigh, NC and Greenville, NC) and was able to generate an average annual return of roughly 62% for our investors.  We were able to quickly raise value to the property through improved management and an aggressive capital improvement plan.  This complex was purchased in 2022 and sold a short time after.
