Teosha Green

Corporate property managers, who can travel and take over any asset at any time, are EXTREMELY important to our firm - and Teosha is part of that team.  In whatever property she takes on (which could all be in separate states), she handles all aspects of the property - which includes leasing, renovation oversight, and tenant experience.  When not traveling to some of our heaviest value add assets, she is located in our Raleigh, NC office.
