TaReick oversees our property management efforts across the state of South Carolina, which is one of most important investment areas of our firm.  Overseeing 8 assets spread across the state, he ensures that the teams are focusing on improving income and lowering past dues, while not sacrificing tenant experience.

Prior to joining our organization, he spent 10+ years in various property management roles.
