Acquired directly from a long-term owner / developer, these assets were acquired at an amazing price of $61,000 per unit - which is extremely hard to find given the vintage (~1992) and overall stabilization (>90% occupancy).  On top of the great purchase price, we have clear line of site to be able to push average rents from ~$650 at purchase to north of $1,000 per unit - which will add significant equity to our investment.


Consisting of four assets totaling 248 units, these are all located in smaller cities (Sylacauga, AL - Alexander City, AL - Childersburg, AL) that are part of the broader Birmingham, AL CSA.  We have a strong presence, and team, in that area so we expect these to be strong performers for our firm.
