Scotland Arms Apartments

Located in Laurinburg, NC, which is part of the Fayetteville metro area (one of the fastest growing areas in the state), this apartment complex significantly helped a local community in need of investment.  At purchase, the tenants of this complex didn't even have adequate heating sources and had a roof that constantly leaked.  In the course of our ownership, we were able to change the lives of each of those tenants - and were able to generate an equity multiple 1.3x in just one year.  Most importantly, we completely changed the lives of those tenants and improved the local community.
