Nestled in High Point, NC (a quickly expanding piece of the Winston-Salem metropolitan area), the Roberts Lane Apartments were acquired in Q2 of 2023 and sold in Dec of 2023. These units were purchased at a steep below-market rate due to the high vacancy in place - but all of that screamed value-add potential to us. Through significant CAPEX improvements, we pushed occupancy to >95% through renovations of the majority of the interior units - on top of increasing fill rates by 69%.
