Purchased at an amazing price that was 35% less than the seller's cost basis, the assets are positioned for high returns by putting in a strategic CAPEX plan. By improving the interiors (granite countertops, new fixtures, LVP flooring, stainless appliances) and high-quality exterior improvements (exterior paint, roof work, pool improvements, and tennis court to pickle ball conversion) we should be able to reduce vacancy and increase average rents.
