Jenny Chan

Jenny is our corporate "fix it" leaser - which means she steps in when we need quick, high-powered support as her expertise is getting units filled through improving marketing efforts, quick/efficient communication, and process improvement.  At any given time, she may be leading leasing efforts at multiple properties in multiple states.  Her key responsibility is to step in and really add value to a distressed asset through putting in place efficient and effective leasing processes.
