Jada Fasion

As we can have 15+ roles open at any time, which have an urgent need to be filled, recruiting is very critical to our overall success.  Jada oversees that function, which encompasses screening, compensation setting, hiring, and onboarding.  She has extensive experience in recruiting within large organizations, so her ability to find quality talent and get roles filled quickly is extremely beneficial for each of our investments. 

Jada holds an undergraduate in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Human Resources Degree, both from the University of Cincinatti.  She is located in our Raleigh, NC office.
