Eddie Symmonett

Eddie is our corporate asset manager who oversees some of our heaviest value-add investments.  Instead of covering geographic areas, he shifts from investment to investment - depending on where the heaviest need is.  Currently, he is overseeing our Montgomery, AL portfolio, which consists of >1,000 unit and is where some of largest CAPEX dollars are allocated.  In each investment he oversees, he is directly responsible for leasing, renovations, expense load, and overall investment performance.

Eddie, who lives in Birmingham, AL holds an accounting degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stillman Collage.
