In just 2 years, we renovated 90% of the units and pushed rents by more than 40%. That, combined with improved management processes, helped to provide a high-quality rental option in the downtown Greenville market.
After a sale in Q4 2023, the total investment paid out close to 3x (roughly 200% total return) to our investors and an actual net IRR to investors in excess of 100%.
