Cole Knapp

Cole oversees our asset management function for the Carolinas and is directly responsible for overall investment performance.  Totaling north of 1,000 units and covering 8 different cities, his portfolio is extremely diverse - as it includes a mix of different vintages (1970s - 2000s) and includes both LIHTC and market rate assets.  He has direct involvement in all assets of his portfolio - from budgeting, renovations, CAPEX, and overall P&L management. 

Cole, who is based out of our Raleigh, NC office, graduated from Villanova with a Master of Science Degree in Finance.
