The Cheyenne Court Apartments, purchased in late 2021, are located in an evolving area of Greenville, NC. In rapid timing, we were able to quickly execute our business strategy, which concluded with us being able to drive rental rates in the complex up 75% and double resale value. All of this occurred in just one year and resulted in the largest equity multiple to date (11x).
In this specific investment, we were able to generate an IRR of ~500%.
