Alvara Rodriguez

Alvaro leads our financial reporting and investment reviews for the firm - which involves heavy review of expenses, KPIs, leasing targets, and projections.  As a heavy member of the month end processes, he partners with the VP of Finance to ensure that we have a full understanding of how each investment is performing and that any issues that arise are quickly addressed.
